The WHH series horizontal premade pouch machine is a compact premade pouch filler and sealer, also known as a pouch filling sealing packaging machine (pick fill seal machine), designed for filling and sealing powders, granules, and liquids, compatible with flat pouches, stand-up pouches, and M-type pouches, with a production speed of 10–25 bags per minute, making it ideal for small-scale companies or startups transitioning from manual production to automated processes.

Workflow
    • Bag Loading

      The premade pouch is automatically picked from the bag magazine, preparing it for filling.

    • Bag Opening

      The bag opening is made using a suction cup or mechanical device to ensure the pouch is fully open.

    • Filling

      The required material is accurately filled into the pouch.

    • Bag Closing

      The bag opening is closed, ensuring it is neat and even.

    • Sealing

      The bag is sealed using heat sealing or clamping to ensure it is securely closed.
